Section 10 Specialties are essential finishes in every project, and include products like toilet accessories and partitions, fire extinguishers and cabinets, window treatments, visual display materials, projection screens, storage lockers, and more.
Our Specialties department can supply and install materials for any project, focusing on commercial buildings, hotels, medical facilities, schools, and multi-unit housing projects. Located in western New York, we also service the rest of NY state, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Ohio.
Our project managers will work with you to understand precisely what you’re looking for and provide options in design, finishes and price points. We are continually looking into new products to expand what we have to offer, and improving our processes so we can commit to running your project smoothly and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure your finished facility is exactly what you envisioned, perhaps even better.

THE PROJECT: Seneca One
OUR INVOLVEMENT: Located in the heart of downtown Buffalo, The Seneca One Tower stands as the tallest building in the city, and is home to many residents and businesses. Including its largest tenant M&T Bank. We've had the great opportunity to work with Douglas Development, and Buffalo Construction to install Toilet Partitions, Accessories, Window Treatments, Door Signage, and Overhead Doors throughout the building.

MultiFamily Development
OUR INVOLVEMENT:
While much of our specialties work focuses on commercial buildings, hotels, medical facilities, schools, and multi-unit housing projects, our Specialties department has also worked with many upscale, luxury developments throughout Western NY. One such project was awarded the MultiFamily Development of the Year.

Founded in 2001 by brothers Jeff and Randy Fancher, J&R Specialties, Inc. is a subcontractor for commercial general construction.
Through years of dedication and building relationships within the construction community, the company has expanded to include a Commercial Doors & Hardware division, Industrial Door division, and Holland Engraving, a national manufacturer of braille/ADA interior signage.
Lead by Randy, Jeff, and Andy, our skilled team of project managers and installers participate in continued training in products and best practices, always striving to improve and do better as a company. Our goal is to work seamlessly with you to provide a final project we can all be proud of.
